Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payments A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Payment can be made via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Credit Card. Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional cost. Any further changes will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. 3. Turnaround Time & Revisions Standard delivery time for videos is 5–7 business days. Rush delivery options (24-hour turnaround) are available for an additional fee. Each project includes one free revision. Additional revisions are charged at $50 per round. 4. Rights & Usage Vyshyn Concepts LLC retains the right to use footage for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients receive a non-commercial license for personal and business use.
