Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding day. Payments can be made via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Credit Card. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel more than 60 days before the wedding, your deposit can be applied to a future event. Cancellations within 60 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior. 3. Turnaround Time & Revisions Standard turnaround time is 6–8 weeks. Rush delivery (within 2 weeks) is available for an additional fee. Each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details). Additional revisions are $75 per round. 4. Rights & Usage Vyshyn Concepts LLC retains the right to use wedding films for promotional purposes. Clients receive full personal rights to share and distribute their wedding films.
